Traffic Police Complaint Leads to Case Against KTR at Banjara Hills PS
A case has been registered against Telangana BRS Working President and MLA K.T. Rama Rao (KTR) at the Banjara Hills Police Station in Hyderabad following a complaint by the city’s traffic police. The complaint pertains to an unauthorized rally conducted up to the BRS party office, which reportedly caused disruptions to vehicular movement.
KTR was present yesterday for questioning by the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) in connection with the ongoing investigation into the Formula E-Racing case. According to the complaint, during KTR’s visit, a rally was organized without prior permission, leading the traffic police to lodge a formal complaint.
In response, the Banjara Hills police registered a case against KTR and several other BRS leaders, including Gellu Srinivas, Balka Suman, Manne Govardhan, Krishank, and Jaisimha. This development adds to the legal challenges KTR is already facing in the Formula E-Racing case, where allegations against him are under scrutiny.
