Vishnu Vardhan Reddy Counters Prakash Raj
Actor Prakash Raj responded to Pawan Kalyan’s recent remarks about Tamil politicians, which had stirred controversy. Pawan Kalyan had criticized Tamil leaders, questioning their stance against Hindi while still benefiting financially from releasing films in the language.
Amid this exchange, Andhra Pradesh BJP Vice President Vishnu Vardhan Reddy strongly reacted against Prakash Raj. He accused the actor of using criticism against Pawan Kalyan for publicity.
“You have learned Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, English, and Tamil for your survival. It is acceptable to earn money through Hindi films, but inciting hatred against the same language is like betraying one's own mother after being nurtured by her. Loving a language is not wrong, but using it as a political vote-bank strategy is shameful,” Vishnu Vardhan Reddy stated in his sharp criticism of Prakash Raj.
