Good News: PVR Inox to Broadcast IPL 2025 Matches Live Across Theatres

Prominent cinema chain PVR Inox has entered into a significant agreement with the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) to broadcast the 18th season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) live across its cinemas in major cities nationwide. The screenings will commence with today’s IPL opening ceremony, according to an announcement by Inox.

PVR Inox stated that along with the weekend matches, the playoffs will also be shown in their theaters, providing fans with a stadium-like experience through high-quality visuals, superior sound systems, and comfortable seating.

Gautam Dutta, CEO of Revenue and Operations at PVR Inox, expressed delight at bringing cinema and cricket together on the same platform. He noted that the positive response from audiences to the IPL match broadcasts last season encouraged them to proceed with the screenings this year as well.
