Nara Lokesh Criticizes Jagan for Halting TDP Projects

Nara Lokesh, a minister in Andhra Pradesh, has stated that the coalition government that came to power promptly cleared the pending dues left by the previous administration. Despite financial difficulties, he mentioned that funds were released for fee reimbursement dues.

Lokesh alleged that former Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, after coming to power in 2019, did not settle the dues left by the previous government and halted development projects initiated during the Telugu Desam Party's tenure. He accused Jagan of destroying partially completed projects, describing this as evidence of his authoritarian nature.

Lokesh emphasized that it is customary for succeeding governments to continue development and welfare schemes. He further criticized Jagan's governance, alleging that it violated democratic principles through destructive policies. Lokesh advised Jagan to understand that while governments may change, political power is only temporary and limited to the duration of elections.
