Air India Flight Delay Sparks Passenger Protest at Hyderabad Airport

Air India Flight Delay Sparks Passenger Protest at Hyderabad Airport

Passengers staged a protest at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in Shamshabad this morning due to a delayed Air India flight from Hyderabad to Bengaluru. The delay occurred as the flight from Srinagar did not arrive on the runway as scheduled, leaving approximately 150 passengers waiting for hours at the airport.

Frustrated passengers questioned Air India representatives about the reason for the delay. However, the airline staff’s allegedly indifferent responses intensified the anger among the travelers. Passengers claimed that boarding passes were issued even before the flight from Srinagar had arrived. They expressed frustration over not being informed about the delay in advance and being made to wait at the airport without proper communication. The situation led to a brief period of chaos at the airport.
