KTR to Appear Before ED for Interrogation Tomorrow

Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) Working President K.T. Rama Rao (KTR) is scheduled to appear before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) for questioning tomorrow. This follows setbacks he faced in legal proceedings related to the Formula E-car race case, with unfavorable outcomes in the High Court and the Supreme Court earlier today. The development has drawn significant attention, as KTR had already appeared before the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) in connection with the same case.

KTR is facing allegations of irregularities in the Formula E-car race case, specifically that Rs. 55 crore was transferred in violation of regulations. The ED issued a notice on the 7th of this month, summoning him to appear for questioning on January 16. As per the schedule, KTR will leave his residence in Nandinagar, Hyderabad, at around 10 a.m. on Thursday and reach the ED office, located opposite LB Stadium, by 10:30 a.m.
