Two Telugu Films Set to Release on OTT This Week

Two Telugu films are ready to entertain audiences on OTT platforms this week—'Break Out' and 'Neeli Megha Shyama'. Among them, 'Break Out' is a survival thriller featuring Goutham, son of veteran comedian Brahmanandam, in the lead role. Directed by Subbu Cherukuri, the film will be available for streaming on 'ETV Win' starting from January 9.

The storyline revolves around the protagonist, who suffers from monophobia—an intense fear of being alone. In a gripping twist, he finds himself trapped in a garage, setting the stage for a thrilling narrative about how he attempts to escape. Following his earlier performances in unique films like 'Basanti' and 'Manu', Goutham is expected to receive significant acclaim for his portrayal in 'Break Out'.

Meanwhile, 'Neeli Megha Shyama', featuring Viswadev in the lead role, is also making its direct OTT debut. The romantic comedy, directed by Ravi Varma, will stream on 'Aha' from January 9. Actress Payal Radhakrishna plays the female lead, adding charm to this feel-good love story. With a story by Arjun and Karthik, and music composed by Sharan Bharadwaj, the film is expected to evoke a positive response from viewers.
