Tragic Road Accident After ‘Game Changer’ Event: Pawan Kalyan Offers Support

Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh and Janasena Party leader Pawan Kalyan has announced a compensation of ₹5 lakh each to the families of two fans who tragically died in a road accident while returning from the ‘Game Changer’ event. The incident took place on the Kakinada-Rajamahendravaram road, where the victims—Arava Manikantha and Thokada Charan, residents of Gaigolupadu in Kakinada district—lost their lives in the unfortunate mishap.

Expressing deep sorrow over the incident, Pawan Kalyan extended his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families. He recalled repeatedly advising attendees during the event to ensure safe travel while returning home. Despite these precautions, the tragic accident occurred, leaving him profoundly distressed.

Pawan Kalyan criticized the previous government for neglecting the maintenance of the Kakinada-Rajamahendravaram road, pointing out that the road had been in poor condition for a long time. He acknowledged the ongoing efforts to repair the damaged road but lamented that the delay in restoration contributed to such mishaps.

As part of his response to the tragedy, Pawan Kalyan directed his office staff to coordinate with government authorities to ensure additional support for the victims’ families. He urged the government to take swift action in providing the necessary assistance. Furthermore, he announced that he would only use the ADB road for future visits to the Pithapuram constituency to avoid the poorly maintained stretches of the current route.
