Vijayasai Reddy Appears Before ED for Interrogation

YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) Rajya Sabha Member Vijayasai Reddy appeared before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in connection with the Kakinada Sea Port and Special Economic Zone (SEZ) case. He arrived at the ED office in Bashir Bagh, Hyderabad, following a summons issued by the agency.

Allegations have been raised against Vijayasai Reddy regarding the illegal transfer of shares linked to the Kakinada Sea Port and SEZ. This inquiry follows a complaint filed by Karnati Venkateswara Rao, based on which the Andhra Pradesh Crime Investigation Department (CID) had previously registered a case. Subsequently, the ED registered a separate case relying on the findings of the CID investigation.

Vijayasai Reddy attended the ED office in response to the summons issued by the agency, which required his presence for further questioning in the ongoing investigation.
