KTR to Appear Before ACB Today in Formula E Case

Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) working president K.T. Rama Rao (KTR) is set to appear before the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) today in connection with the ongoing investigation into the Formula E car race case. KTR is scheduled to present himself before officials at 10 a.m. this morning. Earlier, KTR had approached the Telangana High Court seeking dismissal of the case filed against him. The court reserved its judgment but instructed the authorities not to arrest him until the verdict is delivered, while permitting the investigation to continue.

In light of this, the ACB issued a notice asking KTR to appear for questioning on January 6 at 10 a.m. Additionally, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has also summoned KTR for questioning in the same case, requiring his presence on January 7.

Meanwhile, co-accused BLN Reddy and Aravind Kumar, who were initially supposed to be questioned by the ED on January 2 and 3, requested additional time. The ED has granted them a week's extension for their appearance.
