AP Cabinet Meeting Today: Key Agendas to Be Approved

A crucial Andhra Pradesh Cabinet meeting, presided over by Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, is scheduled to take place today at 11:00 AM. The meeting will discuss and approve several key proposals aimed at driving the state's economic and infrastructural development.

The agenda includes the following major items:

TCS Setup at Vizag Millennium Towers

A proposal for TCS to establish a 208,280 sq. ft. facility with an investment of ₹80 crore will be discussed.

Clean Energy Initiatives
Approval is expected for ₹83,000 crore in investments across five new clean energy projects.

AM Green Ammonia Plant in Kakinada
A proposal to allocate 592 acres for ₹12,000 crore investments by AM Green Ammonia India Pvt. Ltd. will be considered.

Tata Power Solar Project in Kurnool District
The cabinet plans to approve a 400 MW solar power project by Tata Power Renewable Energy Ltd. on 1,800 acres with an investment of ₹2,000 crore in Hosur and Pedda Hult.

Hybrid Clean Energy Projects in Kadapa District
Clean Energy Hybrid Three Pvt. Ltd. will invest ₹2,000 crore across 1,080 acres in Kondapuram, Myalavaram, and Kolimigundla of Nandyal district.

Reliance Industries Biogas Plants
Reliance Industries proposes to establish 500 compressed biogas plants with a capacity of 11,000 metric tons, involving investments of ₹65,000 crore.

John Cockerill Electrolyzer Manufacturing Unit in Kakinada
The cabinet is expected to approve a ₹2,000 crore investment for a 2 GW electrolyzer manufacturing unit across 40 acres.

Azad Mobility Electric Vehicle Plant
Azad Mobility India will set up a facility for electric three-wheelers, trucks, buses, and battery packs in Gudipalli, Sri Sathya Sai District, with ₹1,046 crore in investments.

Balaji Action Buildwell in Anakapalli District
Approval for ₹1,174 crore investments on 106 acres in Rambilli is anticipated.

BPCL Refinery in Nellore District
The cabinet will deliberate on a massive ₹96,862 crore investment proposal to establish a refinery across 6,000 acres in Ramayapatnam.

Following the cabinet meeting, Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is scheduled to hold a special session with ministers. This discussion will focus on assessing the past six months of governance and implementing reforms for 2025.
