Telangana CM Revanth Reddy Responds to AP CM Chandrababu’s Letter

Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy expressed gratitude to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) for approving recommendation letters from Telangana public representatives for darshan at the Tirumala temple. The Telangana Chief Minister’s Office (CMO) conveyed this through a tweet, thanking CM Chandrababu for facilitating arrangements for darshan of Sri Venkateswara Swamy, regarded as the "Kaliyuga Daivam."

Revanth Reddy had recently written a letter to Chandrababu, requesting that the TTD accept recommendation letters from Telangana public representatives. Responding to this request, Chandrababu, along with TTD Chairman B.R. Naidu, discussed the matter and made a crucial decision, which was communicated to the Telangana government today.

According to the decision, TTD will accept two letters per week from each MLA, MLC, and MP of Telangana for VIP break darshan (₹500 ticket) and two letters for special entry darshan (₹300 ticket). Each letter can recommend up to six devotees for darshan. This arrangement applies to any two days from Monday to Thursday each week.
