CM Chandrababu Reviews RTGS, Stresses Governance Based on Public Feedback
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu conducted a review of the Real-Time Governance System (RTGS) and provided directives to officials regarding administrative improvements. Emphasizing the need for governance aligned with public opinion, he instructed officials to collect citizen feedback on government schemes and programs. He further advised officials to adapt their performance based on public sentiment.
The Chief Minister highlighted the importance of ensuring the smooth implementation of the free sand policy. He directed the installation of CCTV cameras and the use of GPS tracking systems for monitoring sand reaches. Additionally, Chandrababu Naidu suggested conducting opinion surveys on the sand policy using the IVRS (Interactive Voice Response System) method.
He also instructed authorities to gather feedback from devotees visiting temples, passengers traveling on RTC buses, and patients in hospitals. The Chief Minister proposed the introduction of QR codes in temples across the state to streamline the feedback collection process.
