We Will Work Even for Those Who Did Not Vote for Us: Pawan Kalyan
Pawan Kalyan, Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, visited Ballaguru in Alluri Sitarama Raju district and inaugurated several development projects. Speaking on the occasion, Pawan Kalyan stated that his ability to serve the people stems from their decision to elect the coalition government to power. He emphasized that being in power enables him to deliver welfare initiatives effectively.
He highlighted the significant electoral mandate that brought the coalition government to power, noting, "Not just one or two, we won 164 Assembly seats and 21 MP constituencies."
Addressing questions from journalists regarding constituencies not won by his coalition, he remarked, “Journalists asked me about this parliamentary constituency that we did not win. I told them one thing—we work even for those who did not vote for us. We are not doing this for votes; public welfare is our priority.”
He elaborated further, citing the example of tribal welfare in the region: “We are spending ₹105 crore on development activities here, benefiting only 4,500 tribal residents. These are people who did not even vote for us. This itself is evidence that development is our primary focus.”
