Indigo Launches Daily Non-Stop Flights Between Delhi and Rajamahendravaram

Direct flight services between Rajamahendravaram in East Godavari district and Delhi have officially commenced. Today, an Indigo flight from Delhi landed at Madhurapudi Airport, marking the inauguration of this new route. The flight was received with a ceremonial water cannon salute by airport staff.

Union Minister Rammohan Naidu, Rajamahendravaram MP Daggubati Purandeswari, and Kakinada MP Udaya Srinivas traveled on the inaugural flight to Rajamahendravaram. Speaking on the occasion, Rammohan Naidu highlighted that the new route connects Rajamahendravaram with major cities across the country, further boosting regional connectivity.

Purandeswari announced plans to introduce flight services from Rajamahendravaram to destinations such as Tirupati, Shirdi, and Ayodhya in the near future. Meanwhile, Indigo confirmed that daily non-stop flights between Delhi and Rajamahendravaram will now be available, offering greater convenience for travelers.
