Dil Raju Appointed as Chairman of TFDC

Prominent film producer Dil Raju has been appointed as the Chairman of the Telangana Film Development Corporation (TFDC). The Telangana government issued official orders announcing his appointment, signed by Chief Secretary Shanti Kumari. As per the announcement, Dil Raju will hold the position for a term of two years.

In the past, there were speculations about Dil Raju contesting as an MP or MLA from the Congress party during the recent elections. However, he did not directly enter the electoral fray. Reports suggested that he extended his support to the Congress party behind the scenes. With the Congress party now forming the government in Telangana, Dil Raju has been entrusted with this significant responsibility.
