Anchor Shyamala: I Will No Longer Promote Such Activities as a Responsible Citizen

Anchor and YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) leader Shyamala appeared for police questioning at the Panjagutta Police Station in Hyderabad in connection with a case related to the promotion of online betting. The police questioned Shyamala for over two and a half hours.

Following the questioning, Shyamala addressed the media, stating that she would no longer promote betting activities. "As a responsible citizen, I will stay away from such activities," Shyamala said. She expressed concern over the consequences of online betting, noting that no one could compensate for the lives lost due to such practices.

Shyamala acknowledged that engaging in betting and promoting betting apps is wrong. She affirmed her respect for the law and said she would fully cooperate with the investigation. However, since the case is currently under court jurisdiction, she refrained from making further comments.
