No Roads, No Marriages in Our District: Speaker Gaddam Prasad

Harish Rao stated that their government had laid roads throughout the state. While Congress members responded by shouting "Shame, Shame," Harish Rao clarified that roads had been laid in all mandals according to the old mandal structure.
