"I Was Hungry and Homeless in My Early Days": Filmmaker Vamsi

Renowned filmmaker Vamsi, known for classics like Sitara, Anveshana, and Ladies Tailor, has completed 50 years in the film industry. In a recent interview with ABN, he reflected on his journey, recalling the struggles he faced in his early days.
"When I look back on my 50-year career, I see how it began and the turns it took. I still remember walking the streets of Kodambakkam hungry when I was a bachelor," Vamsi shared.
Discussing his past work, he credited Sitara for bringing him widespread recognition. He also revealed that he has a strong script in hand, which he had previously narrated to a producer who had collaborated with him on successful films. "They really liked the story—it has great humor, stunning visuals, and excellent musical potential. I believe this film will be another masterpiece," he said.
However, Vamsi did not disclose when this project would go on floors, leaving audiences eager for further updates.
