Calling Jagan a ‘Bhoobakasura’ is Not Correct: Botsa Satyanarayana

During a question-and-answer session in the Legislative Council, opposition leader Botsa Satyanarayana criticized the government for not providing proper responses. He stated that they had asked for discussions on scams that occurred since 2014, including the Amaravati land deals, the skill development scam, and the AgriGold fraud, and demanded an investigation into all these matters.
Botsa Satyanarayana asserted that referring to former Chief Minister Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy as ‘Bhoobakasura’ was inappropriate. He stated that making baseless accusations was not right.
He alleged that the coalition government lacked direction and purpose. He further remarked that they had not dismissed the allegations against them but insisted that if any evidence existed, it should be presented. He also stated that discussing individuals who were not present in the House was improper.
Additionally, Botsa Satyanarayana alleged that what transpired in Amaravati was a land scam. He reiterated that they were prepared to respond to any topic under discussion but could not provide answers to baseless accusations.
