Virat Kohli Reveals His Weakness

Indian cricket star Virat Kohli has admitted to a weakness in his batting technique. In recent times, Kohli has been dismissed multiple times while attempting a cover drive, often edging the ball to the slip cordon. However, during India's Champions Trophy match against Pakistan, he impressed with a series of elegant cover drives on his way to a century.

Speaking in a video posted by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), Kohli acknowledged that the cover drive has become a vulnerability for him. "I have gotten out many times playing the cover drive, but at the same time, it is a shot that has helped me score a lot of runs," he stated.

Kohli highlighted that his first two boundaries against Pakistan in the match came through cover drives. He emphasized that playing such shots makes him feel in control of his batting. Reflecting on his innings, he described it as personally significant and expressed happiness over the victory, calling it an important win for Team India.
