Rajinikanth Pays Tribute at Jayalalithaa’s Residence

Superstar Rajinikanth visited the residence of former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa at Poes Garden in Chennai yesterday to pay tribute on the occasion of her 77th birth anniversary. He offered floral respects to her portrait and spent some time conversing with Jayalalithaa’s niece and nephew.

Speaking to the media afterward, Rajinikanth reminisced about his opportunity to act alongside Jayalalithaa. He mentioned that despite her busy schedule in the film industry, he had the privilege of working with her in 1977. He recalled that his first visit to her residence was to discuss that film. Rajinikanth stated that even though Jayalalithaa is no longer alive, the public will always remember her contributions. He added that her legacy and reputation would endure forever.
