YS Jagan Stops Convoy to Console Crying Child, Heartwarming Video Goes Viral

An interesting incident took place during the visit of YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) chief and former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy to Vijayawada. While returning to Tadepalli after meeting former MLA Vallabhaneni Vamsi at the Gandhi Nagar district jail, a supporter arrived with his young daughter, hoping for a chance to meet Jagan Mohan Reddy.

Due to the large gathering of party workers and supporters at the location, the child feared she might not get to meet him and suddenly burst into tears. Noticing this, the former Chief Minister halted his convoy, took the girl close to him, and affectionately kissed her forehead. In a heartwarming gesture, the child reciprocated by kissing Jagan Mohan Reddy in return. They also took a selfie together, filling the young girl with immense joy. A video capturing this emotional interaction has since gone viral on social media.

During the visit, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy also held a meeting with Vallabhaneni Vamsi, which lasted for about half an hour. Vamsi’s wife, Pankaja Sri, was also present. It is noteworthy that Vallabhaneni Vamsi had been sent to jail following allegations of kidnapping and intimidating Satvavardhan, the complainant in the case related to the attack on the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) office in Gannavaram.
