TDP MLA Chinthamaneni Prabhakar Survives Assassination Attempt!
Tensions have escalated in Denduluru following an alleged assassination attempt on Telugu Desam Party (TDP) MLA Chinthamaneni Prabhakar.
According to reports, the incident occurred last night in Vatluru when Chinthamaneni was returning from a wedding ceremony. Former YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) MLA Abbaya Chowdary allegedly blocked Chinthamaneni’s vehicle with his own. When Chinthamaneni asked him to move his vehicle aside, an argument broke out between the two.
TDP leaders claimed that the confrontation was pre-planned and escalated into a violent attack. They alleged that a group of YSRCP activists attempted to assault Chinthamaneni’s driver and gunman with iron rods. Furthermore, they claimed that the attackers tried to seize the gun from Chinthamaneni’s gunman and open fire.
However, Chinthamaneni’s personal security staff reportedly managed to resist the attack, forcing the assailants to flee the scene.
Authorities have yet to release an official statement regarding the incident.
