Actor Naga Chaitanya has made significant revelations regarding his divorce from his ex-wife, Samantha Ruth Prabhu. He stated that the decision to separate was not made overnight but was reached after extensive discussions over a long period. Speaking in a recent interview, Naga Chaitanya emphasized that both he and Samantha mutually decided to part ways after much deliberation.
Expressing frustration over the public discourse surrounding their separation, Naga Chaitanya remarked that their divorce had become a source of entertainment for many. He pointed out that several rumors and gossip articles had been written about the issue and urged people to stop making negative comments about him. Instead, he advised them to focus on their own future.
Discussing the role of PR activities in the film industry, Naga Chaitanya noted that nowadays, every actor hires PR teams to promote their films. He admitted that he was late to the "PR game" and explained that his life had always been simple—finishing a film shoot, going home, and minding his own business. He also stated that he has no knowledge of politics but acknowledged that certain industry norms must be followed to succeed in one’s field.
Naga Chaitanya observed that PR activities have significantly increased over the past two years. He claimed that in the current scenario, spending at least ₹3 lakh per month on PR is necessary to stay relevant in the industry. While promoting a film is essential to keep audiences engaged, he criticized those who spread unnecessary and false rumors. He condemned individuals who try to bring others down for personal gain, asserting that instead of troubling others, people should utilize their time for their own growth.
