Cine Celebrities Dine at 'Anna Canteen' in Visakhapatnam
The Andhra Pradesh government, after coming into power, has established and operationalized 'Anna Canteens' across constituency and district centers in the state. These canteens provide breakfast in the morning and lunch in the afternoon, benefiting the underprivileged. Every day, hundreds of poor and visiting individuals from various regions rely on these canteens for food.
On Thursday, an interesting incident took place at an 'Anna Canteen' in Visakhapatnam when a film crew visited the canteen. Dance master and director Amma Rajasekhar, comedian and Jabardasth actor Mukku Avinash, Ragini Raj—who is set to debut as a hero in the film Thala—along with other crew members, dined at the canteen. They stood in the queue alongside locals and had lunch together, spending time interacting with the public.
Speaking to the media, the actors shared their experiences and praised the food at the canteen. Amma Rajasekhar stated that dining with the people of Visakhapatnam at 'Anna Canteen' was an unforgettable experience for him. Actor Ragini Raj expressed that eating at the canteen brought him immense joy.
