Now, reports indicate that Venkatesh is set to receive a whopping ₹25 crore for his next film. His recent film, Sankranthiki Vastunnam, directed by Anil Ravipudi, was a massive success. Venkatesh, who has always enjoyed strong support from family audiences, saw this film turn into a blockbuster hit.
According to trade analysts, Sankranthiki Vastunnam, made with a budget of ₹60 crore, has collected a staggering ₹300 crore at the box office. Prior to this film, Venkatesh’s remuneration ranged between ₹10 to ₹12 crore. However, following the film’s historic success, he is now reportedly charging ₹25 crore for his next project.
With Sankranthiki Vastunnam, Venkatesh has also set a new benchmark, becoming the first senior Telugu hero to achieve ₹300 crore in box office collections.
