Internet Sensation Monalisa Secures Bollywood Debut in The Diary of Manipur

Monalisa Bhosale, who recently gained immense popularity at the Maha Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj, has now secured her debut Bollywood film. The 16-year-old became an overnight internet sensation after visitors at the festival were captivated by her beauty, leading to a frenzy of people taking photos and videos with her. The overwhelming attention made it difficult for her to continue staying at the event, forcing her father to send her back home. However, by then, her images and videos had already gone viral across social media.

Now, Monalisa has signed her first film in Bollywood. Filmmaker Sanoj Mishra has offered her a role in his upcoming movie The Diary of Manipur. As part of the film’s preparation, Sanoj Mishra personally traveled to Indore, Madhya Pradesh, where Monalisa resides, to meet with her family. After discussions, she formally signed the agreement to be part of the project.

Before the shooting begins, Monalisa will undergo acting training in Mumbai. Reports suggest that Amit Rao, the brother of actor Rajkummar Rao, will also be starring in the film.
