Ram Charan to Resume Shooting for 'RC 16' from Tomorrow

Global star Ram Charan is set to resume shooting for his upcoming film, tentatively titled RC 16, directed by Buchi Babu Sana of Uppena fame. The film, which has already commenced production, will enter a new schedule starting tomorrow in Hyderabad. Key scenes involving Ram Charan and the main cast are expected to be filmed during this night-time schedule.

According to sources, a special set has been constructed for this schedule. The film is reportedly an emotionally charged story set against the backdrop of Uttarandhra and revolves around a traditional sport. Speculations suggest that the team is considering the title Peddi for the movie.

Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor is playing the female lead opposite Ram Charan in this project. The film also boasts an ensemble cast, including Kannada superstar Shiva Rajkumar, Jagapathi Babu, and Divyenndu in pivotal roles.

The movie is being jointly produced by Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings, with Satish Kilaru overseeing the production. Music for the film is composed by the legendary A.R. Rahman.

Recently, Ram Charan was seen in Game Changer, which was released during Sankranti. Despite receiving mixed reviews, Charan’s performance was widely appreciated by audiences.
