Saif Ali Khan Attack Case: Woman from West Bengal Arrested
A woman from West Bengal has been arrested by Mumbai police in connection with a case involving a knife attack on Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan at his residence. The police identified the suspect as a resident of Nadia district's Chapra area. The arrest was made after investigators found that the SIM card used by the accused in the attack was registered under her name.
West Bengal police stated that the woman had prior connections with the accused, who is alleged to have entered India illegally from Bangladesh. The suspect reportedly maintained contact with the woman since his entry into the country. Mumbai police officers traveled to West Bengal as part of their investigation and detained her for further inquiry.
