Minister Komatireddy Encourages Content-Driven Films Over Big Budgets

Telangana Cinematography Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy assured that the government will extend its support to films that present idealistic and meaningful stories. Speaking at an event, the minister emphasized that instead of merely focusing on big-budget films and seeking ticket price hikes or additional shows, the industry should prioritize content-driven movies.

Minister Komatireddy made these remarks during the release of the teaser for the film Love Your Father, which features Sri Harsha, Kashika Kapoor, and SP Charan in prominent roles. The minister congratulated the cast, technical crew, and director-producer for their efforts.

Additionally, the minister lauded the Sankranti release Sankranti Ki Vastunnam, a small-budget film that performed exceptionally well at the box office, earning collections comparable to larger films. He praised the team's efforts and success, acknowledging its ability to compete with major productions.
