IT Officials End Three-Day Raid at Dil Raju's Home

The Income Tax (IT) raids at the residence of renowned Tollywood producer Dil Raju concluded after an extensive three-day operation. The raids, which began on Tuesday, continued until midnight on Thursday. A team of 21 officials participated in the searches conducted at Dil Raju’s home.
The raids on prominent figures in the film industry have become a trending topic. Dil Raju, known for producing big-budget films, recently released two major Sankranti projects—Game Changer starring Ram Charan and Sankranti ki Vastunnaam featuring Venkatesh. Both films performed well at the box office. Additionally, Dil Raju acquired the Nizam distribution rights for Balakrishna's Daaku Maharaju, which is also making significant earnings.
The IT officials focused their investigation on whether proper taxes were paid on the substantial earnings generated by these films. As part of the operation, searches were also conducted at the residences and offices of prominent individuals, including Naveen Yerneni and Y. Ravi Shankar of Mythri Movie Makers, along with financial scrutiny of their transactions. Other locations raided included the residences of Abhishek Agarwal, Dil Raju’s daughter Hanshitha Reddy, producer Sirish, and director Sukumar.
Throughout the three days of uninterrupted inspections, IT officials reviewed multiple financial documents, raising widespread attention across social media platforms.
