Actor Dhanush to Portray a Beggar in Upcoming Film

Renowned Tamil actor Dhanush, celebrated for his versatility and stellar performances in diverse roles, is set to take on the role of a beggar in his upcoming film. The movie, titled Kuber, is directed by acclaimed filmmaker Sekhar Kammula, known for making his mark in Telugu cinema with unique storytelling.

Dhanush will star alongside Akkineni Nagarjuna, who plays a key role in the film. In a recent interview, Sekhar Kammula revealed, "Initially, I hesitated to approach Dhanush for this role. However, when I narrated the story to him, he expressed admiration for my films and working style. He listened to the script with great patience and immediately agreed to take on the role. His simplicity truly amazed me."

The film is currently in the production stage and is being jointly produced by Asian Films and Amigos Creations. The shooting, which has been ongoing for the past two years, is nearing completion. The makers are expected to announce the release date soon.

Industry sources are eagerly anticipating Kuber, which is rumored to be slated for a summer release. The movie has already generated significant interest among trade circles and audiences alike.
