Saif Ali Khan’s Nanny Details Late-Night Intrusion Incident
A police investigation into an armed intrusion at Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan’s residence has revealed startling details, as described by his children’s nanny, Elimama Philip (56). She provided a detailed account of the events that unfolded on the fateful night, shedding light on a chilling ordeal.
Philip recounted that she was the first to notice the intruder, who entered the house past midnight. Initially dismissing noises near the bathroom as Kareena Kapoor moving around, she went back to sleep. However, a second sound around 2 a.m. aroused her suspicion. Investigating further, she saw a man emerging from the bathroom and heading toward the room where Saif’s son Jeh was sleeping. Alarmed, she hurried into the room.
Upon entering, the intruder gestured for silence, pressing a finger to his lips and warning her in Hindi not to shout or alert anyone. Armed with a stick and a knife, he tried to intimidate her. Despite the danger, Philip attempted to pick up Jeh, but the intruder attacked her, leaving injuries on both her arms.
“I asked him what he wanted, and he replied in English, demanding one crore rupees,” Philip stated. Her screams alerted Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor, who rushed into the room. Saif confronted the intruder, questioning his identity and intentions. The man attacked Saif with the stick and knife, forcing the actor to retreat. Saif managed to escape the room and locked the door from outside. The family then ran upstairs to safety.
The intruder fled shortly afterward.
