Veteran Tollywood actress Pavala Shyamala, who has been facing health and financial difficulties for some time, recently received a helping hand from Akash Jagannadh, son of renowned director Puri Jagannadh. The young actor, moved by the actress’s plight, contributed ₹1 lakh to support her.

Pavala Shyamala, who currently resides in the Usha Senior Citizens Welfare Development Society old age home in Ghatkesar with her daughter, has been struggling with severe health issues. Her daughter, who previously assisted her, has been bedridden following a leg fracture, further worsening their circumstances.

Akash Jagannadh visited the old age home today to personally meet Pavala Shyamala and hand over the financial aid. During their interaction, he inquired about her well-being and offered his support. In a heartfelt moment, Pavala Shyamala blessed Akash, expressing her hope for him to achieve the same stature and success as his father.

Previously, other industry stalwarts, including Megastar Chiranjeevi, have also extended financial assistance to Pavala Shyamala, showcasing the Telugu film fraternity’s solidarity and support for its veteran artists.

Pavala Shyamala is reportedly suffering from heart conditions, adding to the challenges she and her family face.
