Amazon Prime to Stream Suzhal Season 2 Starring Aishwarya Rajesh

Aishwarya Rajesh, known for her versatile performances, continues to captivate audiences with her busy schedule spanning films and web series. Among the leading actresses in Tamil cinema today, her name often follows stalwarts like Nayanthara and Trisha when it comes to female-led narratives. Her foray into web series has also garnered widespread acclaim, particularly her role in the popular crime thriller Suzhal: The Vortex.

The 2022 series, directed by Bramma and Anucharan, received an overwhelming response for its gripping storytelling and powerful performances. Spanning eight episodes, the first season of Suzhal featured Aishwarya Rajesh alongside Kathir, Gouri Kishan, Manjima Mohan, and Harish Uthaman in pivotal roles. The story revolved around a devastating fire at a cement factory, the suspected involvement of union leader Shanmugam, and the mysterious death of his youngest daughter Neel, whose body is discovered alongside her lover in a lake. As the narrative unfolds, Neel’s sister (played by Aishwarya Rajesh) embarks on a quest for the truth.

Now, the stage is set for the much-anticipated second season of the series. Reports suggest that Suzhal Season 2 will stream on Amazon Prime Video starting February 21.
