Andhra Pradesh Government Orders Inquiry Against Former CID Chief Sunil Kumar

The Andhra Pradesh government has issued orders initiating an inquiry against former CID Chief Sunil Kumar, who served during the tenure of the previous administration. Allegations of misuse of power have been raised against Sunil Kumar, prompting the government to take this significant decision.
To facilitate the investigation, a special authority has been constituted. The government has appointed two senior officials to lead the inquiry. They are Revenue Department Special Chief Secretary R.P. Sisodia and Vigilance Director General Harish Kumar Gupta. They will serve as the inquiry officers and are tasked with conducting a thorough investigation into the allegations against Sunil Kumar.
The government has directed the inquiry authority to complete the investigation and submit a report at the earliest possible date.
