Haryana BJP Chief Mohanlal Booked in Gang Rape Case

A case has been registered against Haryana BJP President Mohanlal Badoli and singer Jai Bhagwan, also known as Rocky, on charges of gang rape. According to the complaint lodged by a woman, the alleged incident took place at a hotel in Kasauli, Solan district, Himachal Pradesh. The woman claimed that the accused assaulted her and recorded the act, threatening to kill her if she revealed the matter.

Following the registration of an FIR, police have launched an investigation. The copy of the FIR has been circulating widely on social media. According to the FIR, the complainant stated that she met the accused on July 3, 2023, at the hotel where she was staying with her boss and a friend. Badoli introduced himself as a political leader, and Rocky claimed to be a singer.

The woman further mentioned that Badoli promised her a government job, while Rocky assured her of a chance to appear in his music albums. Subsequently, she and her friend visited their room, where the accused tried to force her to consume alcohol. Upon her refusal, they allegedly assaulted her. The complainant added that the accused recorded videos and took photographs during the assault.

Additionally, the woman stated that Rocky had summoned her to his residence in Panchkula two months ago and threatened to frame her in a false case if she spoke out. Police have registered a case under several sections and are conducting a detailed investigation.
