Ministers' Review Meeting Turns Chaotic as MLAs Padi Kaushik Reddy and Sanjay Clash

A review meeting held at the Karimnagar district collector’s office took a dramatic turn when MLAs Padi Kaushik Reddy and Sanjay nearly came to blows in front of senior ministers. The meeting, chaired by district in-charge minister Uttam Kumar Reddy, saw the participation of other ministers including Ponnam Prabhakar and Sridhar Babu, along with several MLAs.
The altercation began when Jagtial MLA Sanjay was speaking during the review. BRS MLA Padi Kaushik Reddy interrupted and objected to Sanjay’s remarks. Kaushik Reddy referred to Sanjay’s defection from BRS to Congress after winning the last election on a BRS ticket.
Raising the issue publicly, Kaushik Reddy questioned Sanjay’s political loyalty, asking, “Which party did you contest for? Which party are you in now? What is your actual party?” His remarks sparked a heated exchange between the two MLAs. The situation escalated, with both leaders hurling insults at each other, eventually leading to physical pushing.
The other leaders present intervened and restrained Kaushik Reddy. At this point, police officers entered the scene and escorted Kaushik Reddy out of the review meeting to prevent further disruption.
