R. Madhavan in Lead Role for ‘Hisaab Barabar’; Trailer Released

ZEE5, a prominent OTT platform, is set to release an engaging new film titled ‘Hisaab Barabar’. The film features acclaimed actor R. Madhavan in the lead role, with Neil Nitin Mukesh and Kirti Kulhari playing key supporting roles. The movie will premiere on ZEE5 in Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi languages starting January 24. The trailer for the film has already been released by the makers.

According to the trailer, the plot revolves around how a minor mistake by a bank turns a man's life upside down. The story unfolds as he fights for justice, revealing a layered narrative of drama, comedy, and social issues. Directed by Ashwin Dhir, the film is produced by Jio Studios and SP Cinecorp.

In the film, R. Madhavan portrays Radhe Mohan Sharma, a humble railway department employee. One day, he notices a small discrepancy in his bank account and questions the bank officials. Upon further investigation, he discovers a large-scale financial scam. As the story progresses, Radhe Mohan, an ordinary ticket collector, finds himself facing powerful individuals like the bank’s head, Mickey Mehta (played by Neil Nitin Mukesh).

The narrative takes unexpected twists and turns as Radhe Mohan, an ordinary man, battles against a corrupt and systematized problem. How he confronts this challenging situation and emerges safely is what the audience will witness on screen.

Sharing his thoughts, R. Madhavan said, “This is my first film with ZEE5, and I am thrilled to be a part of a movie like this. Playing the character of Radhe Mohan Sharma was a fulfilling experience for me as an actor. It was a challenging role, portraying how a common man stands up against corruption.
