Revanth Reddy Becomes a Pan-India CM: MP Chamala Kiran Kumar Reddy
MP Chamala Kiran Kumar Reddy strongly criticized Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) Working President K.T. Rama Rao (KTR), alleging corruption in the ₹7,000 crore Regional Ring Road (RRR) project. Kiran Kumar Reddy claimed that the project involved ₹12,000 crore in misappropriations, accusing KTR of being plagued by fear as reflected in his statements. He added, “The Congress party does not have a history of looting and hoarding wealth.”
Chamala further commented on Allu Arjun’s recent arrest, sarcastically stating that it has elevated Telangana Congress President Revanth Reddy to the status of a "Pan-India Chief Minister."
Addressing the ongoing Formula E electric car controversy, Chamala accused KTR of issuing conflicting statements daily. He said, “First, KTR admits the ₹56 crore transfer happened but denies corruption. Then he says no amount was transferred. Next, he claims he instructed Arvind Kumar to transfer the funds and later disassociates himself entirely.” He criticized KTR’s inconsistent remarks and demanded that he prove his innocence if he has done nothing wrong.
Chamala also alleged that KTR, Harish Rao, and Kavitha were spreading false propaganda against the Congress party.
