''I Lack Foresight in Acquiring Assets": Kunche Raghu

Kunche Raghu, well-known as a talented anchor and music director, has recently been gaining recognition for his roles as an actor, particularly in mid-budget films where his negative roles have impressed audiences. In a recent interview with a YouTube channel, Kunche Raghu shared candid insights about his career and personal life.

Reflecting on his financial decisions, he said, "I have witnessed Hyderabad’s transformation up close. When it comes to accumulating assets, I must admit I am not very meticulous. My life is happy now, as I live debt-free and as I like. Beyond that, I can honestly say I lack foresight. I had several opportunities to purchase properties but never seriously considered them at the time."

Sharing an example from the past, he revealed, "The flat where my studio is currently located is my own. It’s part of an apartment complex with six flats near Hitech City. I bought it back then for ₹5 lakhs. At that time, the owner offered three flats for ₹11 lakhs, but I thought, ‘Why would we need this here?’ The area lacked proper roads, and even autos didn’t come this way. I now feel it would have been better if I had purchased them."

Kunche Raghu's reflections offer a glimpse into his journey, highlighting his satisfaction with his present life despite some missed opportunities in the past.
