Woman Dies in Stampede; Case Filed Against Allu Arjun Under These Sections
During the benefit show of the movie Pushpa-2 at Sandhya Theatre near RTC Cross Roads, Hyderabad, a stampede occurred, leading to the tragic death of a woman. Following this incident, a case has been registered against actor Allu Arjun at Chikkadpally Police Station.
The case includes non-bailable sections such as Section 105 (related to homicide or endangerment of life) and Section 118(1) under the BNS Act. Legal experts state that if proven guilty, the punishment for such cases can range from five to ten years of imprisonment.
A large crowd of fans gathered at Sandhya Theatre upon hearing that Allu Arjun would attend the benefit show. A DJ setup at the venue further intensified the commotion, creating a chaotic atmosphere. Police struggled to control the crowd, eventually resorting to a lathi charge, during which a stampede ensued, resulting in the death of one woman.
Meanwhile, the police clarified that they had not been informed beforehand about Allu Arjun’s arrival at the event.
