Vaikuntha Dwara Darshan in Tirumala from January 10 to 19
TTD Additional EO Venkaiah Chowdary announced that extensive preparations are underway in Tirumala for Vaikuntha Ekadashi celebrations. The Vaikuntha Dwara Darshan will be available to devotees for 10 days, from January 10 to 19. A review meeting with senior TTD officials was held on Monday at the Annamayya Bhavan to discuss the arrangements.
With only 40 days left for Vaikuntha Ekadashi, the EO directed all departmental officials to finalize preparations. Priority will be given to ordinary devotees for Vaikuntha Dwara Darshan, and ticket allocations and other arrangements will be reviewed in a follow-up meeting within two weeks. Key topics of discussion included floral decorations, accommodations, deployment of Srivari Sevaks and scouts, traffic regulation, sanitation, and related services.
The EO also announced that during the 10-day Vaikuntha Ekadashi period, VIP break darshans (except for protocol VIPs) will be canceled. Additionally, darshan privileges for infants, the elderly, differently-abled individuals, army personnel, and NRIs, as well as other paid services, will be suspended between January 10 and 19. Annaprasadam will be served at the Matrusri Tarigonda Vengamamba Annaprasadam Complex from 5:00 AM to midnight throughout the 10 days.
Officials, including CVSO Sridhar and CE Satyanarayana, were present at the meeting.
