The first Anna Canteen in Telangana has been inaugurated in Hyderabad. The canteen was launched by Genex Amar, the founder of the CBN Forum. Amar explained that the canteen was started with the intention of providing at least one full meal to the poor. He stated that this canteen offers a full meal for just five rupees. Amar expressed hope that the blessings of those who eat at the canteen will ensure that Chandrababu Naidu lives a long and healthy life. He wished that, with the blessings of the poor and divine grace, Chandrababu would continue to serve the public in good health. The canteen aims to feed 500 poor people daily.

Amar mentioned that the Anna Canteen, located on the 100 Feet Road in Madhapur, Hyderabad, has not yet been brought to Chandrababu's attention. He noted that Chandrababu, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, is very busy, and they plan to discuss it with him when he has the time. While Amar has started this canteen alone, he aims to expand similar canteens throughout the city with the help of friends and donors. Amar highlighted that the Anna Canteens set up by the Telugu Desam Party government in Andhra Pradesh have been well-received for feeding many poor people. Inspired by Chandrababu, they have established the Anna Canteen in Telangana as well.
