Why producers guild when producers council is active: Bandla Ganesh

Hyderabad, July 29: Taking pot shots at the Active Telugu Film Producers Guild (ATFPG), Tollywood producer Bandla Ganesh said on Friday that producers, who did not produce movies, are members in the ATFPG.
 
“What is the use of producers guild when Telugu Film Producers Council is active,” he asked and opposed the demand of heroes should reduce their renumeration. Bandla stated that no one has right to ask director or actor to work for less compared to what they are paid right now.
 
Even, Ganesh agreed with the statements of senior producer Ashwini Dutt. Talking to reporters during the promotion of upcoming movie Sita Ramam produced by him, Dutt said that a section of people stopping coming to theatres for watching movies because of frequent change in ticket rates. He denied the argument of ticket prices hiked as actors increased their renumeration. “Families are not interested to watch films in theatres anymore,” he mentioned.
