Varalakshmi Sharath Kumar Crime Thriller Arrives on OTT!

A crime thriller film starring Varalakshmi Sharath Kumar and Tamil actress Anandhi, titled Shivangi, is set to release on OTT. Varalakshmi Sharath Kumar, who is renowned in Telugu cinema for her intense and rebellious roles, pairs with Anandhi, who enjoys similar popularity in Tamil cinema for portraying soft and emotional characters. Directed by Devaraj Bharani Dharan, this film marks the first collaboration between the two actresses.

Originally made in Tamil, Shivangi was released in theatres on March 7. The story revolves around a murder case, with actor John Vijay playing a significant role. The film is now gearing up for its digital release. Starting from April 18, Shivangi will be available for streaming on the 'Aha Tamil' OTT platform. An official announcement confirming this has already been made.

In the film, Anandhi plays Satyabhama, a woman working at a corporate firm. Her appearance becomes a source of trouble, attracting unwanted attention and harassment at her workplace. As she struggles through these challenges, she unexpectedly becomes entangled in a murder investigation. To uncover the truth behind the case, a police officer portrayed by Varalakshmi Sharath Kumar takes charge of the investigation. The film explores the mystery of who committed the murder and the challenges faced by Varalakshmi Sharath Kumar’s character during the probe.
