West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee is currently on an official visit to London to strengthen ties between West Bengal and Britain. Mamata Banerjee arrived in London on Sunday as part of this diplomatic visit.
On Monday morning, she was seen jogging in Hyde Park, dressed in her signature white saree and white slippers. She began with a walk before transitioning into a jog, accompanied by her security personnel. A video of Mamata Banerjee jogging in the park was shared on Twitter by Trinamool Congress leader Kunal Ghosh through his official handle.
Mamata Banerjee also shared updates about her London visit on Twitter. She described London as a great metropolis similar to Kolkata, highlighting the city’s blend of historical legacy and modern dynamism. Mamata Banerjee recalled the centuries-old ties between West Bengal and Britain. She mentioned that she went jogging in the park on Monday morning to acclimate herself to the London weather before commencing her official engagements later in the day.
