What Did Vidadala Rajini Say About the ACB Case?

Former minister Vidadala Rajini has responded to the case filed against her by the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) over allegations of extortion under the guise of vigilance inspections. Rajini alleged that the coalition government is engaging in political vendetta against her by fabricating cases despite the absence of concrete evidence.

She claimed that the government leaders are unable to tolerate her political rise as a Backward Classes (BC) woman. Rajini asserted that she is not afraid of such illegal cases and vowed to fight them through legal means.

The ACB case against Rajini stems from an incident in September 2022 in Yadlapadu, Palnadu district. According to the ACB, Rajini allegedly intimidated the owner of Lakshmi Balaji Stone Crusher and extorted ₹2.20 crore.
