KCR Claims Certain Forces Are Trying to Exploit Telangana
Former Chief Minister and BRS chief K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) alleged that certain forces are preparing to exploit Telangana. His remarks came during a meeting at his farmhouse with a group led by former MLA Korukanti Chander, who had arrived from Godavarikhani after a padayatra (foot march).
During the meeting, KCR expressed confidence that the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) would regain power independently. He stated, “Just as flies are drawn to jaggery, some are ready to loot Telangana.” KCR further claimed that during the ten-year rule of the BRS, there were no difficulties for the people, but now the state is entangled in various issues.
He emphasized that only the BRS has consistently fought for Telangana and urged people to become “like KCRs” to safeguard the state’s interests. Criticizing the Congress, he alleged that the party came to power by making false promises and called on BRS supporters to expose Congress's failures before the public. KCR reaffirmed his belief that BRS would remain in power and continue to fight for Telangana.
